Develop and assist in project development, planning, management and implementation of programs scientific innovation, technological, economic, financial, and cultural production that tend to benefit of the community, promoting and facilitating linkage between public and private institutions, professionals and interested community college either National or International. Provide encouragement and financial support to initiatives related to this foundational purpose.
